Rental Shop is the culmination of over 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Providing quality, efficient service mixed with an honest zeal to help, is at the heart of all we do.

Our professional experience began with providing people an improved quality of life by providing safe, clean and decent housing by renting both single and multi-family units. After several years in the field, we naturally expanded our business model to sales. Where applicable, we provided prospective buyers with an opportunity to claim a piece of the American Dream through home ownership. Through arduous work, an equitable work ethic and some growing pains, we were able to develop and refine our system for success, all the while becoming highly experienced developers and investors.

Through our years of continued success, clients began to solicit us for assistance in managing their properties and investing their profits. During this time, we were managing over 200 units for both ourselves and our clients. Many of our clients enjoyed monetary success and paid us the greatest compliment by reinvesting with us to further expand their portfolios.

Our core principles of full transparency, integrity and thoroughness helped to gain us a decided advantage in the marketplace. Needless to say, word got out and Rental Shop was being asked to not only find and acquire properties for individuals, but also companies that were looking to diversify their portfolios. This sparked a new direction in our company’s path. We decided to broaden our real estate platform and make it available to people from all over the world, by offering them the opportunity to take advantage of our formula that has been highly successful for more 10 years. We established Rental Shop Holdings, LLC, which allows investors to the opportunity to either fully fund their own campaign or become part of a larger investment group through one of our fund investment programs.
